Project, Fabrication & Study of Material Properties of Natural Fibers for Helmet Application

Tested & studied the properties of Flax Fiber composites using Epoxy as the resin.
Also varied the composition of reinforcement with combination of Flax and Glass Fiber.
Used the combination to fabricate the outer shell of a motorcycle helmet which passed the required ISI tests.
Project, National Level Motorbike Design Competition

Was part of team that designed and built a custom motorcycle emphasizing on safety with the revolutionary helmet controlled ignition system to encourage the use of protective head gear while riding a bike.
Designed & developed a mechanical bike stand that prevents shifting gears when not retracted.
