Position- Construction Manager Mechanical/Piping

Project- Clean Fuel Project KNPC Kuwait.

Period- December 2015 to July. 2017.

Planning and scheduling of monthly/weekly /daily Erection/Welding of Piping, Boiler supporting structures, as per programmed / Schedule.

Monitoring of incoming erection material movement as per plan and monitoring of customer erection material receiving position.

Supervision of all piping activities over a utility pipe rack including piping and spool erection, Spool Fabrication and welding of various schedules and material codes

Execution, Estimation, Planning, Scheduling, Allotting, Managing, Transporting & Supervising for fabrication and erection of all type of Pipes, Pipe Supports, Structures and Mechanical Equipments.

To coordinate with civil and structure department and ensure work front of sub contractor for erection activities.

Coordinates interpretation of technical requirements. Provides technical data and information as required to direct hire workforce, the Subcontractors supervision or Construction Engineers.

Manage the Pre-construction Planning, Procurement and Execution strategy

Period- September 2010 to October 2015

Managing the construction of pipelines and structure fabrication and erection works by the Subcontractors through the dedicated TCM construction supervision team.

Technical evaluation and approval of suppliers and Subcontractors Review and approve the Method statement and plans submitted by the Subcontractors. Ensure full compliance to HSE and Quality requirements specified interfacing and coordinating with QA/QC department and HSE department. Monitor and control the progress of work by Subcontractors and take timely corrective actions as required to ensure timely completion of works.

Interface with Project control and planning. Lead the weekly Coordination/Progress review meetings with Client. Ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with Client approved quality Control plans, AFC drawings, construction scope of work & specifications. Confer with TCM Supervisory personnel, Client, Subcontractors to discuss and resolve matters of non-compliance and resolve construction problems.

Overview the responses of Queries raised by the Subcontractors; Interface with TCM engineering department and ensure consistency between design and construction.

Coordinates with Pre-commissioning and Commissioning supervision to ensure completed work is handed over in agreed sequence and closed the test package.

Assist in the field engineering works such as field revision of isometric Drawing .

To look various piping designing erection, and knowledge of welding standard (AWS)

Draw the As built drawing wherever require, cleared the ‘A’ punch items for hydro test, and clear the ‘B’ punch point for closed the test packs .

Discus with the project manager for all extra works order for his approved.

Regular meeting with under the supervisor and foreman to discus program reports and site problems.
