Job Responsibilities

General

In charge for the entire operation of Housekeeping and Laundry.

Framing SOPs, Training Modules. Policies and Procedures for the property

In charge of making the departmental policies and procedures.

Directing entire Laundry dept and overlooking their operation

Reviewing policies and procedures from time to time to ensure that systems are ever evolving and suited to the needs of the guest

Organize and participate departmental meeting with all team members and ensure all these meeting are productive, effective and held every month.

Strategic

Define service standards regarding cleanliness, amenities & maintenance in Rooms, Public areas, and Laundry and ensure adherence to these.

Directs the Budgeting processes for all capital & operational requirements in order to achieve the required profitability.

General

In charge of up 8 Floors including 391 Guest Rooms and Public Are

Setting up of Housekeeping Department and entire Back area

Responsible for snagging, de-snagging and re snagging for the Floors and Public Area

Schedule daily routine work for managers, supervisor and the team members
