Provide HR Leadership and Strategic Partnering for a Healthcare System that encompasses 2 hospitals, 4 eldercare facilities, and 40 physician practices employing 2,300 individuals across multiple communities throughout York County.

oConversation of outdated HRIS system to Lawson platform for both HR and Payroll functions
