I have worked in the Medical field since I was 18 years old. I have been a Certified Pharmacy Techhnician since March 2001, (worked at Walgreens, UC Health and King Soopers). While working in the Pharmacy I have called insurance companies, entered medicatios orders into the computer, greeted customers, filed prescriptions in bins, filed completed prescriptions, helped customer's find supplies in the store or on the shelves, cashier, etc. While working at UC Health I worked in the Emergency Room inputting the correct medications into the computer for patients being admitted into the hospital. I worked for Taco Bell as a cashier, worked the drive thru taking orders, making food, cleaning up the lobby, preparing food. I took this on as a 2nd job to help with home life.

I worked with Safeway during high school, maintained my grades. I started out there as a courtsey clerk and moved up to cashier within 2 months of being hired with the company.

I worked close with the doctor's and nurses of the hospital. Called in new changes to scripts patients left with in the ER. I answered incoming phone calls from patients and sent them to the correct location for their questions.

Outpatient Rehab Receptionist. I would schedule new patient, current patient appointments, collected copays, called insurance companies, made night deposits, locked up after hours, filed patient charts, made copies, helped patients complete paperwork, faxed paperwork to primary care physicians.
