Elimination of missing Circlips in Transaxle assembly by developing a Pokayoke Mar 2013 - Apr 2013 Project is done at Mahindra and Mahindra automotive plant
• Aims at developing methods for Identification, Detection and Rectification of missing Circlips in Transaxle assembly
• A Pokayoke has been developed by using techniques like Fishbone diagrams, brainstorming, 6 sigma
• This project helped in reducing rework for missing Circlips in Transaxle assembly Reducing the effect of Vortex Shedding in Flue Stacks Feb 2014 - Apr 2014
• Ansys fluent is used in simulating vortex shedding of flue stacks and analyzing the results obtained from simulation
• Geometry of flue stack is varied by using taper and helical strips over flue stacks to minimize vortex shedding Design and Analysis of Bearing system for SATS Jan 2015 - Jun 2015 Bearing System plays a crucial role in single axis solar tracking system as the whole system rotates in bearings.
• A new Bearing system has been developed which eliminated the existed difficulties present due to already existing bearing system.
• Designed and analyzed in ansys mechanical
