● Reduced receivables from 60-45 days to 30 days by identifying and correcting invoicing issues through researching and resolving disputed orders.

● Performed collection activities including sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts on repayment terms, and making decisions on referring accounts that should be written off as bad debt. Results included the collection of $1.5 million in past due invoices that were delinquent for over 120 days (IBM).

● Researched all payments that did not auto clear when hitting the bank lockbox, thus resulting in the reconciliation of all customer payments.
