Architected Business Continuity (BC) / Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, allowing companies to fully recover from business interruption events.
Implemented full lifecycle BC / DR Planning, execution, and maintenance for hundreds of clients, to mitigate business interruptions. This included Business Impact Analyses, Risk Assessments, Continuity Planning, and Plan Exercises.
