Architected Business Continuity (BC) / Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, allowing companies to fully recover from business interruption events.

Implemented full lifecycle BC / DR Planning, execution, and maintenance for hundreds of clients, to mitigate business interruptions. This included Business Impact Analyses, Risk Assessments, Continuity Planning, and Plan Exercises.

King’s Daughters’ Health, Madison, IN 2/2005 – 6/2005

IT Supervisor / Network Engineer

Coordinated WAN and MAN environmental monitoring and engineering. Implemented best practices for IT systems and procedures, and filled in for the IT Director as needed.

Administered system-wide purchasing efforts for the hospital system (which spread across 12 facilities in 10 counties, and two states), maintaining effective cost management.
