úResponsible for the $50MM P/L of the MI/OH/IN Market Areas largest Recycling infrastructure and largest Transfer Station operations including two high-grade facilities and a 30-ton/hr 24-hrs/day operation, in addition to over 2.4-Million tons of Solid and Special Waste.
úThrough my team (of 150-employees), delivered the turnaround of the Market Areas Recycling Northeastern Ohio Operations (2 of which were 12-month old startup and acquisitions) to the most profitable (by EBIT dollars) in 2016. All while facing declining commodity values and increased customer quality demands. This is a $3.7-million profitable increase over the last 3-years
ú2016 awarded a $250K grant from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency for Market Development (funds use to upgrade technologies in our single stream operations).
úWorking with a team of company operators built the Equipment Utilization Tool, used at our transfer stations to “right size” equipment based on peak volumes and operating hours. Tool saves on operating cost and capital demand. Over $325K in the last 2-years.

úOperations Manager of large municipal Landfill Operating contract (SWACO) in Central Ohio, The Waste Management Suburban Landfill, and Gallia County Landfills.
úResponsible for waste placement, phasing and airspace utilization for the over 11,000 tons received at these three operating districts daily.
