Function: As Sr. Project Manager: Integral planning, managing and execution of projects. Coordination of the different teams involved. Identifying improvement needs within the company's processes and drafting alternate solutions. Local and international Client liaison and management. Coordination with partners and vendors from different parts of the world. Visiting clients, partners and other branches around Latin America for the purpose of providing workshops, networking and improving work and collaboration. As Influencer Marketing Manager: Lead social influencer marketing strategy for client programs. Social Campaign creation and activation. Video content creative for influencer and non-influencer branded content. Research and identify key influencers, bloggers and online media in designated verticals. Negotiate and execute paid blogs/blog networks. Craft and concept quality pitches that effectively communicate client message/ask. Proactively identify angles and pitch customer, product, vertical and/or issues-based stories. Identify, establish and manage on-going influencer/brand ambassador programs.

Charge: Influencer Account Manager & Social Media Manager

Function: I led the Social Media department overseeing the social strategy of most clients under MRM: General Motors, LATAM Airlines, L’Oreal, Mastercard, Hilton Hotel Group, Nestle and more.

My responsibilities include:

Team management of the Social Department: day-to-day management and development.

Team resourcing: keeping track of workflow and costings for the department.

New Business: growing opportunities with both existing clients and new ones, overseeing work for pitches, showcasing team capabilities and assisting new business team.

Department integration: coordinating internally with Account Management, Project Management, Planning and Creative departments to ensure collaboration.

Strategy: development of digital strategy and ideation of engaging content and campaigns.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

In my first 9 month in the position, I expanded the department’s service offering with two new products: Paid Social Media and SEO Social Optimization.

Since starting offering the buying and optimization of paid social media, I’ve been able to expand LATAM Airlines’ investment in social by 3x.
