• Maintain the stock cover for packaging within our target.
• Maintain the supplier service level and make sure that there are no Blocked or Parked invoices for all imported packaging suppliers.
• Discuses with Demand and Supply Planners and factory planning if there are any material supply issue and highlighting any Increase / decrease in supply plan during the weekly meeting and have the weekly review in weekly operational review to monitor the performance and achievements and take the necessary action.
• Ensure smooth and effective operations by the following :
• Alignment to make sure supplier has the right release criteria / method to avoid the rejection of the goods.
• Calculate the Material requirement Planning
• Provide the Forecast for the supplier within the agreed time reflecting the future requirements 12 months.
• Call off the PO based on the existing materials contract and within the agreed.
• Respect the Delivery Parameters (Lead time minimum order size).
• Regular check the contract expiry and communicate it with Strategic Buyer.

• Imports and Customs Clearance; coordinate the international transportation also provide customs clearance services to the clients. The activity is called customs brokerage.
