SQL & Power BI Incident Manager
oAs an incident manager, helped the team monitor and assign cases in a timely manner, based on the availability of engineers and their skill set that were required by the customer.
oPrioritized customer satisfaction in our line of work and emailed customers if engineers could not be found on time to work on their cases. By emailing them, the customer gets an update about their case and is aware of what is going on, rather than feeling left out of the loop or unsatisfied with the lack of response.
oLearned SQL Power BI and Azure portal and could then identify the nature of the customer’s problem better. This was a huge advantage because the engineer best suited to the job was contacted first and overall sped up the process by avoiding the case being sent to the wrong queue.
