Responsibilities taken:

Experience in plant maintenance and trouble shooting of various field instruments.

Involved in calibration, installation and maintenance of Field Instruments like Pressure Gauge, level switch, belt weighing system, relays, Proximity sensors, limit switches, conveyor safety Devices, solenoid coils and Valves.

Testing and calibration of equipments for ensuring equipment accuracy and reliability.

Responsible for all controlling process parameters through PLC, SCADA and HMI required protection.

Continual tracking of all data of field instruments and monitoring their effectives with respect process and also maintenance in electrical equipments .

Improving ladder logic of conveyor and stacking cum reclaiming interlock.

Installation and maintenance of Fire fighting systems and Cross belt weightier systems, Conveyor DS line and DE line systems, de watering bin levels sensor and bunker level sensors.

Creating logical interlock in conveyor,wagon tippler and stacker cum reclaimer

Good knowledge in RS Logic 5000 and Siemens S7400 & S7300 and also SCADA software

Successfully IO merged with from microplc to main plc for scrapper conveyors.
