App1: PokéMatch
This app is a memory matching game and is played by an end-facing user. The game is Pokémon themed and targeted for young children and adults, both male and female into their 30s and up. The app recognizes the device it is playing on and adjusts for both iPhone and iPad. The app connects to Apple’s Game Center using GameKit and uses leaderboards to track the best times. Authenticating the user asks proper permission to connect. It also creates notifications with GKGameCenterViewController and push notifications with attachments. A mute button allows the user to mute the background music. Both banner and interstitial ads are placed using AdMob and GoogleMobileAds SDK. Integrates Facebook SDKs for liking, sharing and logging in to a Facebook account. Responsibilities:
• Involved solely in the life cycle of conception, design, prototype, and build.
• Set up connection and authorization with Game Center for the best gaming
• Followed best practices and built the app using Apple’s concept of Model-View-Controller.
• Used proper completion handling to eliminate any crashes.

Those that drive a car and want ease of parking can use this app. This was a concept for an existing app to improve the profile views of company employees. Firebase was utilized for login, password resets, email messaging, sorting, storage, real-time database, and Google analytics. User is able to add, edit and delete user’s profiles within the company. This is a feature for addition to a larger commercial application. Responsibilities:
• Involved solely in the life cycle of conception, design, prototype, and build.
• Used proper completion handling to eliminate any crashes.

• Created a test group to learn proper flow of the application and ease of the UI.

The app is a new swimming pool owner’s guide to maintaining a swimming pool. It contains information regarding pool equipment, cleaning tools, pool chemicals, dosage guide, water balance, proper water chemistry, pool maintenance, pool calculator, reminders (using EventKit), a gallery of pool problems and video tutorials and WebKit. The entire app is developed 100% programmatically with no use of storyboards. Responsibilities:
• Implemented the project plan, concept, prototype, design, and build.
• Used best practices with the application life cycle and Model-View-Controller architecture.
• Kept in touch with customer through Trello and created milestones to track progress and completion.
• Developed the application using Swift 3 and Xcode 8 for iPhone and iPad.
