This includes field measurements for site plans, design of new buildings and the renovation of existing structures, drafting of all plans for regional approval, material estimates, review of codes and specifications. When the new CMMS program was implemented in the BOP, I was tasked with setting up the new program and installing it throughout the institution. I accomplished this assignment without any Regional assistants.

I was responsible for preparation of the Facilities monthly report, maintaining the vehicle tag report, Time and Attendance for staff payroll and maintenance of the department’s computer hardware and software. I setup, implemented and instructed a vocational training class in AutoCAD for inmates. I reorganized the way in which drawings and related documentation were controlled, upgraded construction estimating to a computer data base, created spread sheets for tracking fuel usage.
