JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process and track all submittals and RFIs, ensuring compliance with contract documents and in

accordance with project needs.

Process change order requests and agreement change orders, review for pricing and status. Maintain document files and logs.

Assist in monitoring, controlling and updating of project schedules; maintain current scheduling information.

Prepare purchase orders and work orders as directed by Project Manager and Project Superintendent.

Implement, maintain & expediting the report to monitor both our Company and subcontractors' material and equipment needs.

Understand and review contract documents, plans, specifications, owner's contract and subcontracts; monitor for compliance.

Expedite all submittals and shop drawings; inspect for compliance with contract documents, and maintain current status files.

Implement job close-out procedure as directed by the Project Manager.

Review all Submittals, Shop drawings & compliance with plan & specs before submission to Architect, MEP Coordination & Engineering.

Address and research all field issues as they occur; make recommendations for corrections.

Review weekly labor report to ensure proper projections are forecasted based on estimated and completed units; initiate necessary changes to forecast report.

Accumulate costs and prepare monthly progress payment request to the owner, including preparation of subcontractor/vendor pre billing worksheets.

Prepare project cost reports for owner as directed by Project Manager.

Maintain job progress photo file.

Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, construction manager, architect, subcontractors, unions, etc.; work in a team environment with other Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents.

Review all Electrical High Voltage & Low Voltage Submittals such as Main switchgear, Panel boards, Transformers, Cables, Conduits, Communications, Fire Alarms & Accessories.
