HO Reconciliation. MAINTENANCE OF data of branch. Posting of H.O GL vouchers. Issuance of VDCs. Adherence to Service Protocols and Service Management Program to achieve the goal of customer satisfaction which is also the organization’s prime objective.

Job Assignments

Authorize transactions after scrutinizing signature, date, amount in words and figures on cash withdrawal cheques and particulars on cash deposit slips, Sale/Purchase of Prize bonds, RTCs issued after proper verification to customer for ensuring complete compliance

Authorize & verify Internal transfer, PO, DD, clearing and collection of above teller limits to come up to the customers’ demands and achieve satisfaction.

Signature cards scanning of account holder after opening of account and admission of signature by BOM or BM and review system reports of control accounts and G.L heads and balancing to ensure smooth function.

ATM Operations, ensuring cash replenishment, adhering to the SBP regulations strictly to fulfill the customers requirement as conveniently as possible.

Supervisions of branch outstanding entries, Branch Accounting, assist to BM in administrative matters and Backup of BM in his/her absence.
