I handled all incoming and outgoing correspondence, was front-line to take incoming calls and resolve most client concerns as well as schedule appointments and reserve conference rooms, place orders, enroll in on-line services, open new accounts, create spreadsheets, keeping both physical records and contact management records for all clients, and processed expense reports.
Applied extensive knowledge of financial products and service features while working with a large retirement client base including RMD processing and estate management and creating accounts for the next generation.
Prioritized and multi-tasked on a daily basis as the front-line for four Advisors and their clients using multiple complex financial and client management computer programs as well as Microsoft Office.
Input data for advanced financial plans, managed and implemented all service workflow dealing with market, compliance and procedural time constraints.
Prepared and distributed marketing material, invitations via US post, email and annually hand addressed, hand signed and stamped Christmas cards for about 600 clients. Organized several client events with approved Presenters for each Advisor annually using different venues and meeting budgets: Cocktail parties, catered luncheons, sit-down dinner parties and bringing in lunch for individual client appointments as needed. As two Advisors retired left to search for different employment nearer my home.
