PROJECT DETAILS ( PG )

Project Title : Effect of Boron Nitride on Graphene Field Effect Transistor For Microwave Applications.

Description : In this project the designing of ultra-thin graphene microwave transistors by using graphene nanoribbon back-gates is done . It is possible to operate these types of devices across a broad range of microwave frequencies. The proposed model is in a good agreement with experimental data and also simulated the device structure using TCAD simulation.

PROJECT DETAILS ( UG)

Project Title : Perceptual Image Hashing Based On Color Histogram for Forgery detection.

Using MATLAB coding an image hashing based on color histogram based on proposed. At first the input image is pre-processed by color space conversion. Here we use HSI color model because HSI color model is more suitable to analyze the color perception features in vision than RGB model. At the same time, the method can detect the unusual color forgery.
