Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Material Approval for all the items related to our scope to be used at the project.

• Co-ordination with Main Contractor & Owner’s Engineer at regular basis to streamline the process of approval & other site related activities. Coordination with client on regular basis to deliver the exact material as per the project requirement.

• Co-ordinate with vendors & procurement team for proper flow of material according to the schedule. Taking approval of Shop Drawings & other documents related to the proper execution of project.

• Monitoring the material transit & inspection prior to final use at site.

• Monitoring the proper installation of the material as per approved Method Statement.

• Part of Internal Lead Auditor team for the Implementation of new QMS ISO 9001-2015, through training, awareness and new documentation.

• Assisting Senior QA/QC Engineer.

• Preparation of documentation as per approved ITP

• Preparation of RFI.

• Preparations of MAR.

• Ensure all incoming materials inspected and stamped as per approved material.

• Responsible for all QA/QC related job of the project.

• Verify that works on site are executed according to the last version of IFC Drawing

• Coordinates the implementation of the sub contractor quality control on site.
