PROJECT:

Project on THREE AXIS PNEUMETIC MODERN TRAILER

The project is concentrated on difficulty in unloading the materials, and hence a suitable arrangement has been designed. Such that unloading is done without using any impact load. The compressed air is goes through valve. The ram of cylinder acts as lifting trailer cabin. This compressed air is used to activate the pneumatic cylinder, when the valve is activated.

PRESENTATION:

Seminar on AIR DEFENCE GUN. This system focuses on the safety of the gunner by employing embedded systems to position the air defence gun without having the gunner exposed.

INTERNSHIPS:

On keen observation on Pelletizing, it is a process involving mixing converting iron ore fines into “uniformed sized iron ore pellets” that can be changed directly into a blast furnace to produce direct reduced iron, at KIOCL taken in the year 2015.

On keen observations in Production department, HAL (Foundry and forging) Bangalore in the year 2016. The process such as casting, general forgings, precision forgings, powder metallurgy which they use in production of air craft’s and helps in defence purpose.
