Negotiated contract agreements with Volvo Trucks to provide after sales support and training to truck dealers

Managed the support center to provide orientation of new products and technology, and technical training to sales and service technicians, managers, of 23 truck dealers

Monitored and assessed the services provided by dealers is in compliance with industry standards and guidelines as per agreements

Provided on-going support to dealers to ensure they meet the service standards, assisting them to make improvement if required and terminated the contract in case of breaching the agreements in case of non-compliance after all necessary actions taken

Procurement and Supply general manager,for Kaveh Khodro Auto Parts Supply, from 2006 to-2009.

Responsible for the supply chain management of parts and components from over 100 suppliers for Volvo Trucks assembly lines.

Coordinated with parts suppliers with truck manufacturer relating to the logistics of parts supply, including the parts requirements for production, quantity and delivery schedule

Developed 24 different types of trucks during the service period from single production

Performed production capacity planning and project engineering, resulting in increased production volumes and variants from 8 units of production capacity to 72 units in a 4 year development .plan.
