- Additional Supporting role as Acting Area Manager for all Female Starbucks Stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking care of partners development and training of all Female Store
- Responsible for outlining a comprehensive recruiting and training program for new Female Store Managers to follow
- Monitor the P & L Reports for all female store and develop effective ways to fill in any gapes between actual performance and company projections

- Serve as a resource: Provide expertise on key customer issues, Management and Store operations with problem solving skills
- Coaching Female Store Managers to achieve their budget and Sales target
- Currently Working as Store Manager in Starbucks (PNU Library) since 01 May, 2016.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote Reward and Recognition within the store and offer feedback on a regular basis.
- Monitor & manage store staffing levels to ensure Partner development & talent acquisition to achieve and maintain Store operational requirements.
- Use existing tools to identify & prioritize communications & regularly use discretion to filter communications to the store team.
