# Worked with WIPR BPO Ltd, at Kolkata, Salt Lake, Sector V as an ASSOCIATE from 31.03.2015 to 12.08.2015. Had experience in talk talk process & International Voice Process.I used to take calls of US Customers, resolving their issues and queries on sim, Broadband bills etc.

# Worked with Nerine info Solutions . The Job involved handling calls of the USA Customers and resolving their issues related to their computer like upgraded versions of Antivirus or Mozilla firefox etc.

A Small Brief About Me

I,Somnath Das, was born with a great Degree of Physical Disability ( Right Hemi paresis as per medical terminology) that has rendered me 50% physically challenged.

Despite the constraint, I have perused Academic Studies with firm determination and patience. Unfortunately, there was a temporary break in my education, after I completed Class 12 examination, as I had to routinely visit National Institute of Orthopedically Handicapped (NIOH) From2002 to 2005.

Thereafter, I also had to make regular trips to Christian Medical College Vellore, for three years where I was treated with the occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy departments.

Following these treatments, I conditionally improved a little and then decided to enroll myself for further studies. To meet this aim, I persuaded a degree in B.A Honours in English from IGNOU and graduated in 2010.

To acquire the requisite skills to compete in a professional world, I have also been furthering my knowledge based through various professional courses. Alongside, I had continued vigorous physical exercise and daily meditation to keep myself in shape. These dual efforts have given me the confidence to accept professional challenges in any field.

I am confident that with my dedication, honesty and sincerity, I would surely meet the expectation of my prospective employer.
