Coating Operator

Responsible for safely operating the coating equipment and to ensure coating operation is completed in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance

Record and maintain the production batch record during coating operation

Consistently check coating nozzles / piping / air pressure / chart recorder temperature in/out before start of the batch; In-process control checking during process

Responsible for proper data entry in all coating use log books

Perform batch record completion with 100 % accuracy online and provide to next department/ Q.A. audit on time

Observe machine gauges and equipment calibration status and report any deviations to Coating Supervisor

Check and verify coating material dispensed by pharmacy before making coating solution as per Production batch record

Clean and organize coating room, check and verify weight of tablets received from compression, report deviation

Coordinate daily activities of Office Services Clerks in carrying out office services/mailroom responsibilities and setup of conference rooms

Pick up mail from the post office, sort, deliver and pick up outgoing and inter-office mail and handle pieces accordingly
