Client: SARED Company • Value: 14,000,000 SR • Owner: Saudi Airlines Real Estate Development

Project also involved two saloon, control room, and storage room, comfort room for both male and female, electrical room, and a service area with 107 sq.m. Also an ample parking area with a capacity of 133 slots in an 8,438 sq.m area including the water feature in a centre of the roundabout.

Controlled the limit of funding, audited executive drawings, and formulated the procurement and communication plans.

HENDAZA GROUP, Makkah, Saudi Arabia Jul 2015 – Dec 2015 Senior Project Manager

Performed various activities, which included collecting and disseminating project information, communicating project progress, utilising resources, and forecasting future progress and status to various stakeholders. Followed guidelines for organising model contracts to contractors and subcontractors.
