Currently i am working as a mechanical engineer in Rashmi metaliks ltd " iron ore pellet plant having capacity of 0.6 mtpa at kharagpur west bengal from 17.01.2017 to till date.

Job profile- working as a engineer in mechanical maintenance department. Accepted responsibilities for shift handle. Ability to work with senior management team to integrate the production, planning and management functions within the plant operating strategy.

Working as a shift incharge shift problem short out during plant running condition .

Coordination with all concerned department for smooth and timely execution of contract.

Prepare maintenance scheduled based upon order in ms excel sheet.

Regular walk way of kiln (400 tpd) check the creep reading, temperatures of all tiers, kiln shell,kiln girth gear & pinion, gearbox, coupling condion according to check list .

Travelling grate (t.g.) inspection like swing conveyor, both gear box drive, wide belt, t.g chain links bush,problem short out in running condition.

Counting weight of steel which is fabricated and errection completed for making bills of contractor .
