Presently working with Posh offshore on Accommodation Vessel Posh Arcadia from March 14th -2017 till July 31st -2017. Now on Posh Mallard in Mumbai high for Bg in Panna field.

Worked on Rawabi Integrity (OFSSV) in offshore Saudi Arabia as Safety Officer from November 2015 till 12th January 2017.

Worked as HSE Lead in Bharat Petroleum India from May 2015 till October 25th 2015 for Anntech offshore.

Worked as a Safety officer on a Gas Production platform of Hyundai Heavy Industries in Nigeria from 2014 December to April 2015

Worked as an HSEO in NEWCRUZ OFFSHORE MARINE from 2011 till 2014

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare HSE Plan & Procedures for the project.

Carry out Vessel inspection and audits.

Set up new barge in accordance with the HSE requirements.

Inspection of LSA/ FFA equipments.

Participate during the HAZID Session prior to start the project.

Plan and participate the SIMOPS meetings.

Advise the project team to assess and active management of various hazards and risks using tools such as Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s) or Task Risk assessment (TRA’s) or (HIP) Hazard Identification Plan.

Develop & enhance QHSE awareness of the organization’s staff.

Prepare & implement safety programs to elimination or control hazards at project sites.

Advise on various types of environment pollution.

Conducts QHSE site inspections and surveys and provides recommendations for engineering controls.

Checks and reviews the specifications of all the projects from the planning stage.

Develop, co-ordinate and participate in the HSE training programs.

Implement the behavior based system.

Provide useful recourses to the line management and conduct HSE committee meetings.

Advice and assist line management with the preparations of HSE procedures.

Monitor the tool box meetings for different departments.

Ensure safety related items in the Permit to Work (PTW) system are complied with.

Investigate and report the incidents & ensure implementation of the corrective actions. Arrange and participate in the Drills.

Tracking crew training records and PPE issue and record.

Conducting internal audit of all safety related document internally and externally.
