Marshall S. Dicker DMD, FAGD,PLLC, West Orange, N.J. 1988 to Present Owner/Dentist
I purchased the practice of Murray Rothman, DDS located in Tribeca in Manhattan, N.Y. I was in practice in that area from 1988 through 2014.
h
I relocated to Manhattan in 1986, and was employed as Chief of Staff for a large multi practitioner office in Manhattan. This office provided Dental care to members of the Local 9 union. I was involved in Supervision of 20 General Dentists and two specialists. I worked in that position for one year. h
In 1987 I took over the General Practice of Julian Brodsky, DDS in Peekskill, NY. Dr. Brodsky was disabled and wanted to maintain his practice to complete his considerable patient base. h
In September of 1976, I joined the practice of Drs Waxman and Zimble, a two location General Practice in Wilmington and Newark, Delaware. I became a Partner in that practice in September, 1977. I practiced in Delaware from September of 1977 through September of 1983. While this was a busy, productive practice, I was not performing the higher level of Dentistry i had been trained for and I left that practice in August of 1983.
h
During my time practicing in Delware, my partners and I joined 3 other General Dentists and opened a large group practice in Marcus Hook, Pa. I was a partner in this location as well. This practice was an investment practice with multiple General Dentist associates and specialists. I left that group at the same time i left the practice in Delaware.
h
In September of 1983, I accepted a position as Clinical Director of Century Dental Center located in King of Prussia, Pa. Including treating patients there, I was responsible for management and supervision of 3 General Dentists, an Oral Surgeon and a Periodontist. The owner of the practice was Jonathan Nash, DDS, with whom i worked very closely. Dr. Nash had a Masters in Practice Management and I learned a great deal from my association with him. h
I became facile and adept at Practice Management, Patient Scheduling and purchasing of supplies and services from various dental suppliers.

Additional Employment History
Briones Dental Office, Jersey City, NJ 2015 to Present General Dentist
I am currently working in a practice in Jersey City, NJ and enjoying it very much. The patient population of this office are all in need of extensive treatment. The Dentist there had passed away and had been ill for a while. Because of that, the patients have had limited treatment and now are in need of extensive rehabilitation.
