KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain daily operational parameters, log sheets & progress reports.

Planning & implementing the Total preventive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability & safety of plant equipment & machinery.

Reduction in downtime by effective industrial maintenance practice.

Coordinating with client side as well as inter departmental operation & maintenance teams.

In case of emergency any drives trip take immediately action and Safe start up, Shut down & Safe operation of boiler and its auxiliaries.

Hot box up of boiler when required.

To co-operate & handled the field operators as boiler requirement & to line up and isolation of equipment like ID fans, at the time boiler light up & shutdown.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commissioning of 58TPH boiler and its auxiliaries

Safe start up (Both Hot and Cold ) & Safe operation of boiler and its auxiliaries and shut down of boiler when required. Hot box up of boiler when required.

Hot box up of boiler when required.

Co-coordinating & executing the autonomous maintenance & shutdown repair activities for the power plant .

Analyzing breakdowns, tripping, & any variance in performance level & organizing to bring back the normalcy.

Ensuring quality of maintenance of power plant.

JUNIOR ENGINEER SINCE SEPTEMBER 2011 AT NEO METALLIKS LTD., DURGAPUR (WEST BENGAL) TO DECEMBER 2014.

Plant Details:-

1*4.5 MW Power Plants. It is controlled & operated by DCS.

23 TPH, Gas Fire Boiler, of IJT make @ 45kg/cm2& 450oC.

1*4.5 MW multi stages, condensing TG of Triveni India Ltd .make.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Boiler & Turbine Operation, hot & cold start up and shut down of boiler & turbine.

Monitoring parameters of desk operation; handle emergency situations of desk operation confidently & continuously.

Some maintenance jobs like condenser, air ejector, oil cooler tubes cleaning, BFP strainer cleaning etc.

I also achieved the experience of Overhauling of Turbine during shut down period of power plant.

FIELD ENGINEER AT BHADRISH CONSTRUCTION PVT LTD. FROM AUGUST 2010 To AUGUST 2011.

Commissioning of Boiler at Facor Power Ltd, 100MW Power Plant in Orissa.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commissioning of Boiler & its Auxiliaries of Thyssenkrup make

Taking trial of ID Fan,FD Fan,various Motors, Pumps, Coal Feeders etc.

APPRENTICE ENGINEER AT ACC CEMENT LTD FROM MARCH 2010 TO JULY 2010.

Plant Details

5*25MW Thermal Power Plants. It is controlled & operated by General Electric Energy DCS.

100 TPH, Coal Fire, CFBC & AFBC Boiler, of Thyssenkrup make .

5*25 MW multi stages, condensing TG of BHEL make.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Tracing of various steam lines, water lines, instrument air lines etc. of the whole plants.

Learn how to start Compressor, Centrifugal Pump, ACW Pump MCW Pump etc. as per requirements.

Supervision of progress of various commissioning work taking place at that time.

TRAINING DETAILS

1)Attended 500 MW Thermal Power Plant Simulator Training of 14days at NPTI Faridabad.

2)NPTI authorized to operate and undertake maintenance of any part or whole of a generating station of capacity of 100MW and above, together with the associated sub-station.

EDUCATIONAL CREDENTIALS

1.Passed Post Diploma in Thermal Power Plant Engineering from National Power Training Institute (NPTI), Durgapur under Ministry of Power with 80% (Distinction) marks in the year February 2010.

2.Passed 3 years Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Institute of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (IETE),New Delhi under MHRD with 59% marks in the year June 2008

3.Passed Class XI from North Point Senior Secondary Boarding School, Kolkata under CBSE Board with 60% marks in the Year 2001.

4.Passed Secondary School Examination from Kendriya Vidhyalaya Ordnance Factory Dum Dum under CBSE Board with 53.5% marks in the year 2000.
