Also, proficiently developed an automated and systematic approach of overall educational outcomes assessment for the Civil Engineering Program based on assessment results of several program constituencies yielding efficient action plans needed to close the assessment and improvement loop which resulted in gaining an accreditation by ABET in 2009.

Regional and International Connections – Strong ties with several academic and industrial entities in the Gulf area and in the US, especially in Arizona. This enabled me to serve as an Associate Editor for the most prestigious international journal in the water resources management area (ASCE J. of Water Resources Planning and Management) over the last four years and till now.
