I have been in the finance industry for some time now, after initially starting in the Sports Industry. I strive to grow within a company and welcome all industries to tackle my next challenge. Joined as an Investment Specialist where I quickly learned software and headed all trading processes. I enhanced advisors recommendations by putting together research reports. I drove integration by putting processes in place that were implemented from my own ideas to improve daily trading activity.

Implemented a Trading Tracker to monitor business activities.

Produced a Trading process that lead to fewer errors and quicker times. Dropped error count acknowledged by Office Manager.

Organized a process to finish 7 of our advisor’s yearly client meeting summaries in a 3-month span.

Started as a Financial Services member and was promoted to a Trader within a year. Within my first 3 months, I onboarded one of our top advisors. I oversaw all of the paperwork and communication between FTJ and the advisor. I was promoted a few months after that project to a Trader. There I coordinated many other trading projects to improve functionality and time.

Introduced a flaw in one of our allocation tools that was being used by our advisors. Developed a technology change to stop the rebalancing of accounts twice.

HIGHLIGHTS

Oversaw the onboarding of one of our top 3 advisors in bringing over his clients’ accounts to the FTJ platform. This included well over 50 million in AUM.
