Manage operations for Oil and Gas subsea pipeline fitting manufacturer. Included management of receptionist, assembly supervisor and 6-12 assembly/service technicians and the facility. Responsible for mobilizing and demobilizing service technicians for offshore and onshore projects. Reorganized and updated our warehousing facility and our customer property storage area. In 2016 I was in Busan South Korea for over a month making arrangements for an assembly operation for a 6 technician team. While there, I developed new potential sources for manufacturing suppliers. I was in the North western part of Italy for approximately three months acting as project manager with responsibility for 6 assembly/offshore technician team. Both of these foreign operations included the mobilization and demobilization of assembly/offshore service technicians and equipment. Responsible for a sister company warehousing and shipping operation located in our facility. Responsible for all of OSI QCS system shipping of parts in ERP system and physically shipping parts to customers. Planned facility expansion layout and CAPEX with completion of all associated AFE’s. Financial approval obtained and first phase of expansion implementation was completed in 2016.The expansion almost doubled the plant’s capacity with an additional 48,000 Ft . Developed and implemented classification training program for assembly/offshore technicians. Developed process flow diagrams for systems and assembly processes in operations. Created work instructions for the technicians. Initiated Lean Manufacturing philosophy utilizing the 5S, Poke-Yoke, Kiazen, Waste identification and elimination program and Gemba tools.
