Maintenance exposure

Having experience of 6 years 5 months of Pneumatics/Hydraulics and Mechanical maintenance including Shutdown, Routine, Preventive and Predictive maintenance of plant equipments. Such as :

1. All types of Gear Boxes – Spur, worm and worm wheel, helical, etc

2. All Types of Bearings – Inspection, installation and removal of all types of Bearings.

3. Lubrication of Machineries and Equipments : selection and method of lubrication, frequency, quality & quantity of lubricants to be used.

4. Fans, Blowers, Heat exchanger,Pumps CNC machinesmaintenance.

5. Material handling equipments: Belt conveyors, Bucket Elevators, chain conveyors, Hydraulics and handle operated Pilot truck.

6. Other mechanical equipments and accessories.

7. Detailed Knowledge of Problem solving tools (For repetitive problems) such as why, why analysis, cause & effect,Diagram etc

8. Spare parts management: Thorough experience of specification preparation, Procurement and maintaining Mechanical spare parts of the total section.

9. Trained in application of Effective communication, supervisory development,

10. Machinery inspection, checking with drawings and specifications and rectification to be done.

11.Kiln, Compressors(Piston type & screw comp.).

Demonstrated proficiency with MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Proficiency in operating system: window(98,xp,vista,7 & 8)
