Ensure safety equipment’s like EBSS, deluge system, sprinkler system, fire hydrant, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and heat detectors are in place to protect in case of emergency. Conduct pre-commissioning audit to identify safe access and egress for safe operation, piping / equipment labels, NFPA, vehicle entry, pinch points, electrical binding, piping support, hanger support and ergonomic issues, etc.

Ensure ladders are installed with fall protection ladder gauge, without any obstruction and inspected. Accompanied with operation to be checked from an operating viewpoint such as proper location and orientation of valves, vents, drains, steam tracing and traps, sample connections, etc. ADMINISTRATION
