NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS ACROSS TENURE
Acted as a core member in installation of new 1650kva Diesel Generator.
Acted as a core member in installation and maintenance of new oil storage tanks having the capacity of 16000ltr each and its pipe line of length 550mtrs and its pumping systems 2011.
Played a stellar role in Installation and maintenance of new Underground Diesel storage tanks having the capacity of 15000ltr, its pipe line of length 800mtr and its pumping systems in 2013.
Installed the new Air distribution system throughout the plant (approximately 1000mtr length and working pressure of 6bar, 8bar and 300bar) and its purification systems.
Installation and maintenance of Nitrogen producing plant and storage tanks having the capacity of 3000ltr each and its distribution pipe line system in the year 2014.
Replacement of cooling tower instead of individual hydraulic chillers to reduce the breakdown time and redcing spares maintaining cost in the year 2013.
Coordinated with the team in construction of clean room concept in the shop floor for avoiding the dust entry in production shop.
Leaded the team in installation of facility arrangements in clean rooms like Pneumatic pipe line, oil pipe line, Vacuum pipe line, Diesel pipe line, and Power cable during the machine shifting.
Implementing the new storage system in Maintenance store and maintaining the spares.
Reduced the Process rejection of dust entry in shock absorber from 3500PPM to 0PPM by implementing New Filtration system of Nitrogen distribution line.
Implementation of Centralized Vacuum system to avoid frequent failure of vacuum pump and reduction of spares and service cost.
Replacement of individual hydraulic power pack chillier units with a common cooling tower for power cost reduction and spares and service cost reduction.
