oSupervisor: Hiring, training discipline, 24/7 scheduling biweekly timekeeping of desk staff. Twelve fulltime and three on-call clerks.

oProperty Manager: Martin Residence Hall. Martin Maintenance and Custodial issue problem solving. Follow up all Maintenance work and Custodial cleaning of building all areas. Inspection of all rooms and common areas of Martin. Martin Renovation: Assisting the Director of Housing and Residence Life with all aspects of renovation process.

oShort-term Housing. Coordinate all aspects of TJU Housing Short-term program working with all Departments at TJUH and TJU to find temporary housing for post-doctoral, researchers, professors, patient families and students. Reserve rooms on daily weekly monthly basis. Facilitate maintenance and cleaning turnover of 16 rooms 1st floor daily, weekly and monthly turnover.

oFinancials: Deposit of daily short-term housing fees as well as security deposit fees for Martin Long-term. Weekly reconciliation of Short-term deposit reports to Tuition Office. Monthly reports of all short-term financials and occupancy, followed by annual report.

oTurnover: Work side by side with Housing Assignment Coordinator during Turnover to assist in assigning and facilitating inspection, cleaning and maintenance needs for move-ins. Martin Residence Hall

Assist Director of Housing in assigning rooms and scheduling said cleaning and painting (if necessary). For Martin

Assist students with all phases of Turnover and questions regarding Housing on campus.

oPurchasing: Coordinate all purchasing for the Department of Housing and Residence life. Office Max account for all supplies. Project Ascent for PO’S and PCARD for other purchases as needed for Martin Facility. Coordinate purchase for Comcast Cable and various companies such as Micro-fridge, Coin Mach, and Wash Cycle Laundry etc. Monthly Minor Equipment data entry and Annual Fiscal reporting.

oHealth Stream Compliance Administrator: Be sure all Department of Housing employees are compliant on an annual basis
