Job Responsibilities:
Optimization of the current network and new sites for (2G/3G/4G).
Knowledge of NOKIA system, basic commands of Nokia system like ZEEI, ZEHO, ZEAC, ZYMO, ZEQO, and ZEAT.
Optimization in Voice 2G to improve KPI SD drop, TCH drop, TASR, HOSR, SD Blocking, TCH Blocking.
Neighbor Cell List Optimization and prepare Neighbor List for new sites and also CRF raising for Neighbor Site Creation & deletion.
Doing Daily Parameter Audit for 2G and 3G Site.
Responsible for Single Site stabilization report Making and Monitoring of site for KPI performance.
Responsible for all Outage alarm mapping for NBH & BBH.
Drive test and analysis of drive test data.
Cluster Drive & Optimization.

Analysis of Network performance statistics (KPI’s) e.g., Drop Statistics, Hand over statistics and their reasons on day-to-day basis and resolving the problems by taking necessary actions on it.

Feedback to the VoC (Voice of Customer) complaints related to the network coverage and Quality.
