1- Egyptian American Steel Rolling co "Easroc". From 5/2010 till now

** Responsibilities:-

- I am working as maintenance engineer at rolling mill responsible for plant A & B.

- Follow up 8 technicians to follow up the line and troubleshooting solver also make arrangement to make good maintenance at down days and shut down.

- Solved all mechanical problems at all line and help other departments to solve their problems.

- Make arrangements to take less down time when solving the line problems with high safety level for our technicians and equipments.

- Contact with managers to discuss the plant problems, modifications, down day jobs and shut down jobs

- Follow up the plane of down day and shut down jobs

- follow up m/cs to make modifications to increase the m/c productivity.

- Uses safety tools to decrease the injuries.

** Modifications:-

I was modified t/ms timers with help of E engineer and cancelled all un available timers so that we consume about 10 min every hour so t/m delay decreased.

I modified the rotating channel greasing pipes to make cycles for line a only as it was clogged continually and this cause less greasing pipes stuck

I finished the slider modification to cancel the slider and this will consume all the slider mechanism and its components. The new modification enable us to operate the finishing area by one hyd. Pump with its accumulator. The new modification decreases the delay from this component

I am working now to modify the pneumatic cylinder of cv#4

Mechanical equipments at the factory:

Walking hearth furnace 90 ton/ hour including charging equipment "extractor, charging grid table, kick in mechanism" and discharging equipment "kick off".

The unite which responsible for removing hot scale after furnace.

Eight stands cantilever system contains special water separating lubrication oil, two screw pumps and gauge of lubrication pressure and labyrinths pressure, pressure reducing valve, compensation valve and one water separating unite.

First shear disinfect the top of the billet after went outside the roughing system contains lubrication gear pump with relief valve and two blades fixed on upper and lower holder.

CV 1 start stop shear

Six cartridge stands with snap shear contains lubrication oil tank, two screw pumps and gauge of lubrication pressure.

Intermediate mill

Second shear disinfect the top of the billet after went from the Intermediate system contains lubrication gear pump with relief valve and two blades fixed on upper and lower holder.

CV 2 start stop shear

Eight cantilever stands with contains special water separating lubrication oil, two screw pumps and gauge of lubrication pressure and labyrinths pressure and pressure reducing valve and compensation valve and one water separating unite.

Cooling water with high pressure reached to 14 bar for high and low speed lines.

The third shear is flying shear for low speed delivery consists of lubrication gear pump with relief valve, deviator, stopper and two blades fixed on upper and lower holder.

The fourth shear is rotary shear for high speed delivery consists of lubrication gear pump with relief valve, deviator with pneumatic cylinder, two stoppers and two blades fixed on upper and lower holder.

The equipment that responsible for bar braking consists of lubrication gear pump with relief valve, pneumatic cylinder, two drums fixed on them two rings.

Bar brake

The equipment that responsible for high delivery receiving to make bar falling on the cooling bed contains of four lines every line has some segment joints, bearing and cooling water at the middle of the channel.

The equipment that responsible for receiving bars and sending it to the known rack from one side of the channel so It has specific adjustment

The equipment that responsible for receiving bars and sending it to the first rack of the cooling bed at straight line and it consists of 13 hydraulic cylinders operated with proportional valve and 80 plates.

The equipment that responsible for cooling bars and sending it to storage area to made final product contains two cam shafts, roller bearing, racks, aligning rollers and fixed rack and movable rack.

The fifth shear at the plant responsible for cutting cooled bars to the final size and consists of electrical motor with fly wheel assembled with them brake and clutch with pneumatic valves, movable blade assembled on cam holder.

The equipment that responsible for transfer final product bars to the tying m/c to make them bundles and consists of chain and sprocket.

- One of the team that assembled the Liquefier Factory plant.

Mechanical equipment that maintained and help in installing:

* Dealt with two large centrifugal compressors. The first one had capacity reached to 6000 m /h and the second compressor had capacity12000 m /h.

*Dealt with air handling units which contains small screw compressors and piston compressors.
