Participated on a Treatment Team to manage adult patients assigned to a Behavioral Management Treatment Program, completed psychiatric evaluations on patients committed to this facility by the legal system for competency restoration and/or due to being found to be manifestly dangerous and unable to be housed in less restrictive mental health facilities. Patients admitted to this facility are typically diagnosed with severe mental illness. 2) Private Inpatient Geri-psychiatric program in hospital setting. Performed initial psychiatric evaluations and daily rounding with medication and treatment management; made rounds to provided psychiatric/mental health care to residents of nursing homes. Participated in Treatment Team process with Primary Care Provider, Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner, social work department, activities coordinator, nursing staff, and mental health techs for improved
coordination of care. 3) Community Hospital setting.
