QA Manager / Associate Producer (May 2017 – Present) Work closely with the Executive and Senior Producer to manage their studio and all projects allocated to the studio from concept to completion. Focus time to work with the development team and the test groups to provide and maintain the creative vision of the product. Hired as #3 employee with current company headcount at 32. Work with the Senior and Executive Producer to manage all aspects of a studio’s product development by:

• Defining assignments and tasks

• Providing timely, accurate status reports

• Maintaining effective communication with team members, executives and other staff

• Identifying future problems and maneuvering work schedules to complete work in the same timeline

• Conducting regular planning and review sessions with appropriate team members

• Delivering on-time products focused on contractual and financial obligations

• Ensuring a stable gaming product is submitted to the QA process. Direct the game development within the studio by:

• Completely responsible for QA and the timely delivery of a high quality product.

• Working with the Studio Leadership to evaluate feature, schedule, and resource trade-offs.

• Making informed long-term decisions where changes in the game or technical specifications are required / proposed.

• Reviewing the game with quality and consistency in mind and provide constructive feedback.

• Ensuring product documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Performing regular product reviews on target hardware. Additionally responsibilities include:

• IT - Setup Hardware, Software, badges and parking for new hires.

• Fix basic IT issues that arise across the company.

• Oversee facilities for game developments teams as well as executives, including that support staff. QA Lead (August 2016 – May 2017)

Lead for all of QA, team size: 5.

• Created the testing foundation for the current project and organized it to make it easily updatebale and usable for any employee within the company. Also handled the hiring of the QA Team as well.

• Also created the Playtest Process where we setup machines and added applications to help us record gameplay which resulted in being able to reproduce bugs easier. In addition, created a feedback process that players give after playing and that is relayed to the appropriate individuals. Epic Games February 2016 - August 2016

Test Lead

• Directly lead a team of 24 testers to create and execute test passes.

• Other duties included writing test cases, creating new processes as well as making processes more efficient where needed. Also worked matchmaking Dev Support, working close with developers, artists, and producers to create the most effective and efficient Matchmaking Feature for Paragon.

• Improved the team on an individual basis. Utilized testers strengths and weaknesses to increase productivity as well. This resulted in an increased Test Team weekly bug count from 85 to 450. Microsoft March 2012 - October 2015

Halo 5 Test Team Lead (Multiple Teams)

• Warzone Test Team Lead - A key leader within the E3 Warzone development and release team.

• Directly lead a team of 8 testers and directed additional teams in order to create and execute test passes. Other duties included BVT daily services, take-home signoff & support, lead spawn testing, play test coordinator, nightly automation and much more.

• While directly working with developers, designers and producers was awarded regularly as a key contributor including a short article on Spawning in the new release.

• Arena Test Team Lead Leader for a core group of 8 tester as well as a coach and mentor to extended teams testing everything within arena game mode.

• Collaborate with developers and designers on shaping Halo 5 Beta. Also was the Lead Spawn Tester working directly with developers, designers and producers validating direction & experience of game while working with teams to create Test Passes. Halo 5 Lead Networking Tester Tested early stages of Matchmaking, validated and lead Environment Testing Signoffs. For Halo 4, was a Core tester, specialized in Spawn Testing.

• Largely responsible for testing ship / release of Halo 4. In addition was the Halo 4 DLC and Co Lead for Sustainment team.

• Gears of War 3 UI/Environment Tester. Shipped Gears 3 & Gears of War 3 DLC.

• On DLC, focused on Horde Mode testing & ship
