MANAGEMENT
I served as the division head for the Intercultural Charter School Junior Academy. I handled minor discipline issues with the students such as uniform/dress code violations. I created the agendas for the Junior Academy team meetings. I also created a professional calendar with reminders of due dates, meetings, and field trips.
COMMUNICATION
As the division head for the Intercultural Charter School Junior Academy, I met with parents, created the middle school calendar, and published the middle school newsletter. I also maintained the Junior Academy webpage.
