EXPERIENCE
May, 2007 – October, 2016 SMI Family Support Registry SMI Systems and Methods Quality Assurance Quality Assurance - QA payments that debit entry keyer’s inputted into the system. This was 10 % - 18% of the work flow on a daily basis During my time in this division, I was responsible for converting our environment into a paperless environment by scanning all documents and storing data digitally. I helped process child support payments, was responsible for looking up and identifying accounts that was in arrears. I also scanned housing authority papers and new hire and termination papers documentation. Confidentiality was the key to converting our system into a paper free zone because the documents that I handled had personal information that needed to be secured. Also responsible for training new hire employees.
March, 1999 – May, 2007 ACS Family Support Registry Data Entry 10 key data entry, I was responsible for the balancing the daily transactions. Scanning and encoding, researched payments and keyed in new client data for child support payments including amounts owed and personal data. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Utilizes the computer system to access and input case data and updates all pertinent information.
• Verifies information and researched payments that were unidentifiable in nature

• Uses a variety of governmental database or child support case management programs to obtain information on absent parents or other parties of child support cases, or to obtain histories (ACES)
