Spearheaded the creation of a 24x7 call center in Nagpur in order to provide support for Skype for Business. Results: Delivered a new offering, capable of providing technical support for Skype for Business covering three tiers of technical perficiency. Opening up a new line of business for Perficient.

Served as the Delivery Manager and SCRUM Coach for eight offshore development teams, facilitated communication and providing guidance on SCRUM process. Teams are developing a full end to end healthcare management system for BlueCross BlueShield. Results: Established Agile processes that will allow the successful completion of an 8 million dollar development project.

Served as a team leader / Scrum Master in a one of a kind Google Search Appliance (GSA) deployment. Led a team to develop and deploy a high availability cloud environment supporting the largest Software as a Service (SaaS) advance case & enterprise content management solution in the Federal Government supporting over 1.5 million users worldwide. Results: Provided a fully loaded balance multi-site capability with complete disaster recovery and restoration in under 1 minute.

Managed the requirements and the development of a United States Air Force File Net integration with SharePoint and Records Manager (Infoshare) Results: Accomplished a first time proof of concept deployment and integration of FileNet, Records Manager, and SharePoint Web Parts. Established EIM as a viable solution provider for the U.S. Air Force, which led to future work with Air Force Personnel Command.

As a follow-on for the above project, led a team in the development of a task management solution, supporting senior level directives and congressional information requests for the United States Air Force Personnel Command. Results: Project led to 3 follow-on development efforts valued at over $10 million. The solution was estimated to produce cost savings of over $500 million annually, upon full implementation.

Managed technical deployment team on an international deployment of IBM environments for international manufacturing company Hon Hai (Foxconn) Precision Industry, Ltd. Provided a complete training and certification program for the company’s professional services team. Results: Successfully completed a technical delivery of 4 high availability environments and provided the basis for the company to create a new business unit and become and IBM premium business partner.
