I have Passed six months Diploma in Hospitalty of Food & beverage hygiene operation in 2017 from Stei Institute school pte Ltd,Singapore ( Under education trust & Minstry of food, Singapore).

I have Passed B.Tech(Electrical Engineering) in 2014 from karnataka university (MYSORE).

I have Passed Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering in 2009 from G.G.S. Polytechnic, Kharar.( Punjab technical education board).

I have done Six months of government ITI basic moudle refrigeration & air conditioning (rec) act under ministry of labour and employement. (govt of india) in 2009.

I have Passed 10th from Punjab School Education Board in 2006.

Current Job :

I am worked sushi Tei international Japanese restaurants pte Ltd in Singapore as management trainee in service department from Feb 2017 to Aug 2017.

I am worked as an Electrical Engineer from september 2010 to June 2016 in Nahar group of companies. In this organization I performed the load of control both turbines power and electrical maintence work of 2* 12 turbine total 24 mw co-genration power plant (Unit No. – 06). It provides the power to all nahar units. In Nahar Fabrics-2 Dappar, a unit of Oswal Cotton Mills Ludhiana, From which is the most modern composite textile plant of northern India, occupied with latest art of technology, the blue chip company of Nahar Group.

Job Responsibilities :

Controlling of day to day work of electrical department.

Control of execution & monitoring of planned preventive maintenance as per the ISO.

Assuring quality of service and reduction in cost of all the utilities.

Deployment of technicians for preventive & breakdown maintenance.

Monthly / Daily reports of machine breakdown history.

Monthly / Daily reports of power consumption.

Knowledge of SAP module.

Planning for day to day activities.

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant & utility equipment / machine & encompassing project management.

New installation & modification.

Condition monitoring of all plant & utility equipment’s/machines.

Analysis of breakdown & fixing of repeated problems.

I Worked on various types of AC drives and loading and installation of new drives like, Allen Bradley, Siemens Micro master 420 & 440, Siemens Inverter, Danfoss,,ABB, Fuji and Toshiba.

I done Hand on practice on various instruments like photo sensor, PID controllers, flow meters, pressure transmitters, pressure switches, level controllers, timers, solenoid valves, RTD & thermo couples.

I have Ability to Find the faults quickly in electrical panel and in machines then resolve it in some time.

I was worked with all types of switch gear, VCB Breakers, ACB’s, HT Transformers & Distribution system having maximum demand with connected load 4500 KW, annual dehydration of transformer oil with maintenance of HT / LT circuit breakers.

24 MW Co-generation thermal power plant & Utilities :

All control of the plant is on SCADA .

In 24 hours total generation of both turbines are 5 lakhs 40 thousand units per day.

In the time of peek load, we synchronized the power of one turbine with Govt. state power.

Each boiler is 60 tons in Weight, the brand of these boilers are ISGEC and THERMAX LTD.

Each turbine and generator is 12MW and both are manufactured by Siemens company.

Coal plant and DM RO plant.

Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) is an air cleaning device.

Oil & Husk fired boiler (Thermax 2*12 MT/Hour), IBL 12MT/Hour.

Chiller (Thermax), Compressor ( Kirlosker, IR, Atlas Copco) Capacity 5818 CFM*2

Effluent treatment & water treatment plant capacity 4800m3 per day.
