Leading teams responsible for Logistics, material flow, project control and support and civil engineering at the construction site of a 245 M€.
Managing the following Civil engineering works:- o Repair damaged hoper for limestone crusher, including remedy of the RC and perform new steel lining.
o Repair collapsed roof of limestone Silo 20m Dia.. o Construction of 2 RC deck for Bag filter and heat exchanger, 2 Fans & 2 stacks ( 35 m Height), RC slabs.
o Constructing steel structure building for the refractory storage,. o Modifying the steel structure and RC concrete of the cooler buildings and Pre-heater buildings as was required for the kiln modification to increase the capacity of the 2 productions lines.
o Repair the walls of Raw mix silo and other production buildings using the spry concrete technology.
o Repair the steel structure and the steel cladding of the 2 lines (Clinker storages, limestone crusher, Clay crusher, Gypsum storage, packing plant building, Mix storages, sampling station and cement mill building}. o Supervise a water resource assessment including a geophysical survey and drilling and testing 3 new water wells depth 200 m each produces more than 50m3/hour and erection of 2 media filters
Managing the logistics of the project ; More than 10,000 Ton equipments for 2 production lines, shipped from EU/China/ North America, India, etc... to Plant Site in Iraq safely while the security situation was very critical.
Developing and managing a system for the project’s materials storage, flow and control.

Aug. 2007– Dec. 2010. Lafarge /LCS Syria
Civil Manager for Aleppo Cement plant – Line 1 – 7500TPD.
Leading civil team worked at the construction site of a 825 Million USD project for construction of a Greenfield cement plant for LCS in Syria to produce 7500 TPD clinker.
Supervise construction of all the plant production building and non production building starting from the geotechnical investigation till clearing punch lists.
850,000 M3 excavation, 150,000M3 reinforced Concrete, 20,000Ton steel reinforcement, 15,000T steel structure, 750 ton Pre-stressing cables and accessories, 80,000M2 roads,
Preparing plans, specifications, cost and quantity estimates and tenders documents, supervision the execution for the works excluded from the main EPC contract such as roads, networks; captive power plant, RO treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, fences and the other non production buildings.
Responsible for the coordination between the designer, Auditor and the Syrian Public Authority for Roads in regard to the detailed design for up gradation of the Access / Main Roads’ intersection (4 lanes bridge) for the plant conforming to international and Syrian standards.
Supervise a water resource assessment including a geophysical survey and water tests as well as drilling and testing 2 new deep water wells depth 800 m to secure the requirement of the plant.,
Dec. 2005– Aug. 2007 Lafarge/EMCC UAE
Senior Civil Engineer for Fujairah Cement plant – Line 1 – 7500TPD.
Responsible for supervision the civil engineering operations in site of a 500 Million USD project for construction of a Greenfield cement plant for EMCC in UAE to produce OPC and SRC 7500 TPD clinker, I was responsible for bringing the civil works from design stage to final implementation stage including the punch lists and acceptance of the civil works. the implementation was done in time as per the specification.
Project includes 12,700 T steel structure, 110,000 M3 reinforced concrete, 750T pre- stressing cable, 60,000M2 roads.
6000 M3, RC, raw water tank.
Sewage treatment plant 200 m3/d, water supply pipeline, Power station 132/11kv.
Led contract reviews with civil contractors, and prepared documents for construction the works which included in the EPC contract as well as tenders for which excluded of the EPC contract.

Responsible for taking complex projects in the organization which included reinforced concrete arched roofs and domes, as well as piles in bad geotechnical conditions.
Assigned as the office manager for managing the Organization works in Assuit and Sohag due to my efficient management, organizational skills and ability to work in complex projects and environment.

The Civil Engineer in Charge for Qena Cement plant’s site – Line 1 – 4500 TPD Site.
Managed the execution of a part of the civil works of Greenfield Cement Plant 3 of 4,included the buildings of (the limestone crusher - transfer towers – R.C deck supports Pre-heater’s tower – the kiln piers - packing plant – compressed air system
– central control room & laboratory – the electrical sub-stations – pre-stressed concrete silo 93-m height & 20-m - the main underground electrical tunnel) in bad geotechnical conditions.
Executing the works of waterproofing which were done for all sides and beds of excavation by using H.D.P.E. sheets due to the requirements of the site's sub-soil.
Revision to provide the co-ordination between Electro-mechanical drawings, the civil drawings and the contract requirements.

An Area Manager / Head Of The Technical Office for the Technical Assistance project - Assuit Cement plant.
Supervised a works of upgrading and repairing the industrial buildings of ACC - Assuit Cement plant Line No. 1- Polysius technology.
Supervised the works of the water networks and water treatment plant (ACC water treatment plant - the works of revamping the potable, cooling, return cooling and drainage water networks, the main pipeline from the Nile river length 10km).
Supervised other works of ACC such as the stadium (playgrounds, Olympic and entertainment swimming pools, and social club building and conferences hall) and the asphaltic roads (stadium roads - the quarries road).
Participated supervision of preparing and irrigation works of a farm 1000 "faddan" ( spraying and dropping irrigation networks, wells, 12 R.C. tanks 6000-m3 using slipping forms and a tying pipelines network).
Supervised dredging works of the ACC River harbor and roads’ construction.
Managed supervision works of protection ACC against the floods include (excavation of the main channel 4’180 m length where the depth reaches 28mt. -Construction large Gabion and mattresses dams in the valley).
Editing contracts and technical specifications and prepare the tender documents for the ACC’s projects.
