What motivates you?

The thing that motivates me is learning new and interesting facts or techniques that I can apply to my every day life. I like seeing my skill set grow and gaining aptitude in said skill set. Watching my progress develop from novice to amateur to professional is a very satisfying experience. Overcoming struggle and then expanding on a technique I have already learned and adding my own flair to it is what motivates me to learn

Why should we hire you?

I'm confident in my abilities to perform the tasks needed of me, but also aware of my own shortcomings. Allow me to be frank. Most people aspire to be the best at every task, but many fail to recognize that there are others around better suited to certain tasks. What separates me from other applicants is that I recognize and critique my own weaknesses while learning of everyone else's strengths. I seek out individuals who are the best at what they do and ask them what makes them the best at that particular thing. Collecting as much relevant and useful knowledge from my peers to improve efficiency at a project is what makes me the most well rounded individual for any task.
