Responsible for the Accreditation of new Principal, new vessel to be enrolled, cancellation of redelivered vessels, salary scale accreditation, preparation of Assumption of Responsibility.

Monitors the intended departure dates/destination and coordinate with the Asst. Crewing Manager to ensure that all travel documents are completed in advance. Determines VISA requirements and other travel documentary requirements for every vessel needed to process.

Responsible in the preparation of correspondence to Principal/Vessel /Captain/Agent regarding Flag State License Application/Renewal, visa application and POEA employment crew contract extension.

Consolidate all the Operations Report for inter-departmental reference and ISO purposes. Responsible in the preparation of Monthly Operations Report, Visa Monthly Reporting, Flag State License Application/Renewal and other reports prescribed by the Principal.
