Support Exchange Trading Operations in all managerial and operational matters pertaining to Trade Processing and Systems maintenance including:

Manage daily maintenance of trading floor wallboards and other pricing displays including the accuracy and supporting data of electronic displays. Prepare reports, statistical analyses and manuals related to existing or future floor projects and procedures. Implemented a new wallboard display system with Chicago which resulted in savings of $85,000 per year

Analyze news, data and software vendor resources for trading environment

Assisted the Director of Floor Operations with outside vendors which resulted in a savings to CME of $1,200 per month for one electronic platform and $3,000 per month for Market Data Displays

Troubleshoot and identify operational and systems problems and execute resolutions

Manage settlement price information and trade data for all contracts
