WeBPS works as Central business processing system providing high information sharing and coordination among the factory, warehouse and Stockiest. The ware house keeps its stock status updated on the WeBPS, based on travel arrival of goods from factory and dispatches to stockiest. The Stockiest can place order on the site. WeBPS checks for stock availability on the requested date, and either generates an order confirmation, or proposes alternate delivery plans. The stockiest can either accept one of these or post his specific request for the warehouse manager's consideration, thus initiating a process of negotiation between the two parties.
